Every carer submits a valid DBS certificate that our safeguarding team reviews within 24 hours. Verified carers wear a DBS badge on their profile.
Identity capture
We collect address, phone, and Right-to-Work information at signup — no anonymous accounts.
Care Circle transparency
Live care logs stream to family members you invite. No cover-ups, no radio silence.
Payments held in escrow
Client payment is held from booking through completion. Only released once the shift is marked complete.
Dispute handling
If something goes wrong, the admin team can freeze payouts, refund, and coordinate with both parties.
